The Lindt limited edition Milk Chocolate with natural minty flavour is seriously good. Nyum! My only problem with it is that it's too moreish :) Whereas the 60% Cocoa Lindt balls - also evilly good - are bitter rich enough that I only ever want one at a time, and generally no more than one a day, the milk chocolate base doesn't ahve that same trigger for enough. So the self restraint is that much more difficult...

That said, I added another 50 metres to my swimming last night, up to 3/4km in just 3 weeks, so I'm pretty happy with myself.

Hoping to amke a big pot of chicken and vetg soup later in the week too. mmmn, soup.

I've been making these hot chocolates that have 50g of Lindt dark chocolate melted into each one recently - they're absolutely awesome. You put more cocoa in and a couple of tablespoons of whipped cream on the top and it is a dessert all unto itself. Definitely not an everyday thing as far as the thighs are concerned!

Yeah Tim introduced me to those decandelntly devilish things :) They are good. A lovely treat indeed. Hmm, now I'm tempted to rty a lIndt ball in hot chocolate... Except that I'm on a mission to lose some weight here dammit!

Congratulations on the swimming - that's pretty impressive.

Meanwhile, I'm planning a large Potato & Leek soup sometime soon. Was thinking of possibly putting a ham hock in there to disintegrate, but if I don't, would you care to trade soups for a bit of variety? I'm not sure how big a "big pot" is in your parlance, but mine hopefully involves having plenty to freeze for instant meals later, so there should be lots to spare.

Still have that CD for you, too. Umanee are launching their next one in a month... *wry smile*

Thankyou, have to say I'm happy. I normally follow the swimming with 20 minutes or so of jogging and starjumps in the deep end of the pool too, but didn't for a variety of reasons last night - not least being they were doing search and rescue training there :) Though nearly passing out in the steam room was also a large contributing factor :(

Oooh, could well be up for swappage. I actually want to go shopping for a smaller soup pot :) My fridge and freezer just aren't big enough to the amount I can fit n my other one and I'm bad at not filling the pot :(

btw, seriosuly, go see Blackmores about food intolerance testing, it made a big difference for me.

Soon - bills are eating me at the moment. I do wantit though

That's fine; I just got home from the party and realised I'd forgotten to mention it in the latter half of the night.

I'd offer you freezer space, but ease of retrieval becomes the issue. Still, see how you go and let me know if you want to swap soup - if nothing else, it's a delightfully amusing idea!
