Champagne at 11.30 in the morning is almost never a good idea; it comes back to haunt you.
After a night of getting to bed at 3ish after much in the way of vodka consumption, it's really not your friend, no matter how much it sparkles at you and pretends.
Got home at 6 and passed out on the couch after a very boozy lunch for Mum's 60th.
